Booking a seat
A booking is confirmed when payment clears and you receive a ticket reference. The fare shown at checkout is the fare you pay.
Turning up
Be at the boarding point [arrival window] before the departure time. Vehicles leave on schedule and cannot wait for late passengers.
Luggage
[Luggage allowance] per passenger. Items are carried at your own risk unless lost through our fault.
If we cancel
If we cancel a departure we will offer the next available seat on the same route or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Delays
Timetables describe our intention, not a guarantee. We are not liable for connections missed because of traffic, weather or road closures.
Conduct
Drivers may refuse travel where a passenger puts others at risk. No refund is due in that case.
