Routes people book most
Every route runs to a published timetable, and the fare you see is the fare you pay.

Cincinnati Airport Downtown Express
Four steps, about a minute
Each step unlocks the next, exactly the way the booking form does.
Pick the route
Choose from the routes running that day. Fares are per seat and shown before you commit.
Choose your stops
Pickup points open once a route is set. Drop-offs only list stops that come after your pickup.
Add passengers
One name per seat so the driver can check everyone in at the door.
Pay and ride
Pay by card or settle at the ticket counter. Your reference arrives by email straight away.
Six-seat vans to 32-seat coaches, one booking system
Vehicle type is matched to the route, not the other way round. A corporate run through city traffic gets a van; the intercity line gets a coach with luggage space underneath.
- Every vehicle inspected weekly, logged against its route code
- Drivers vetted, licensed, and rated after each trip
- Seat belts on every seat, including the back row
- Live GPS shared with you 30 minutes before departure
What regulars say
“I book the 7:30 every weekday. It leaves at 7:30. That sentence used to be impossible in this city.”
“We moved 40 staff onto one line. Finance gets a single invoice, and I stopped fielding messages about missed rides.”
“Booked at the counter with cash, got the same reference as the app. My mother could use it without help.”
